Terms of Use

Natherin is private. It is available only to people invited by a household administrator — members of the household, and those the household has hired into a role. There is no public sign-up, and access may be changed or withdrawn by the household administrator or by us at any time.

If you are under 18, you may use Natherin only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who administers the household account.

Keep your password to yourself and your account to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in. Tell a household administrator promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

You agree not to:

• Try to reach information outside what your role in the household is meant to see, or work around the app's access controls.
• Share your account, or give someone outside the household access to it.
• Copy, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source of the software.
• Scrape, crawl, or pull data out of Natherin by automated means.
• Interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or overload it.
• Use Natherin to break the law, or to harass, endanger or invade the privacy of anyone.

Natherin includes Regent, an assistant built on third-party language models. Two things follow from that, and they matter.

Regent can be wrong. It summarizes, calculates and suggests, and it sometimes does so incorrectly. Nothing it says is financial, legal, tax, medical or professional advice, and you should not treat it as such. Check anything that matters.

Regent acts as you. It reads and changes household data using your own permissions, on your instruction. It asks you to approve each change before making it — approving one is your decision and your responsibility.

Connecting an outside account — a budget, a calendar, a mailbox — is your choice, and your use of that service stays governed by its own terms. We are not responsible for those services, for what they do with your information, or for what happens if one of them changes or goes away. You can disconnect any of them from within the app.

Natherin may send informational text messages, such as reminders and household updates, only to numbers that have opted in via the Text messages page or an in-app setting. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is optional and is not required to use Natherin. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. See the Privacy Policy for how mobile numbers are used.

The household’s content is the household’s. We claim no ownership of it. You give us only the permission needed to store, process and display it in order to run Natherin for you, including passing it to the services listed in the Privacy Policy.

Natherin, its name, its design and its software are owned by Zincan LLC and protected by copyright and other laws. You get a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable permission to use it while your account is active, and nothing more. All rights reserved.

Natherin is a private application provided as a convenience to the household. There is no guaranteed uptime, no support commitment, and no promise that any particular feature will keep working or continue to exist. We may change, suspend or discontinue it, in whole or in part, at any time.

Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Natherin is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that Natherin will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that the information in it is accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zincan LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill or business, arising out of or relating to your use of Natherin, whatever the theory of liability and even if we have been advised that such damages are possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to Natherin will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zincan LLC from any claim, demand, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of Natherin or your breach of these terms.

A household administrator may remove your account at any time, and we may suspend or end access to Natherin at any time. Sections 8 (Our software), 10 (Disclaimer), 11 (Limitation of liability), 12 (Indemnity) and 14 (Governing law) survive the end of your access.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in North Carolina have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

We may update these terms. When we do, the effective date above changes, and continuing to use Natherin means you accept the updated terms.
